I worked as an IT-Con­sul­tant and Soft­ware-Engi­neer for more than 6 years, spe­cial­is­ing in devel­op­ing indi­vid­ual and high­ly scaleable soft­ware prod­ucts, using agile meth­ods such as Scrum, Kan­ban and SAFe. I am also a cer­ti­fied sys­temic coach and Loop Approach Fel­low. With that expe­ri­ence, I am per­fect­ly set up to devel­op our prod­uct and take the lead regard­ing our organ­i­sa­tion­al and team devel­op­ment.
