Math­ias is the founder and CEO of we4everyone and the inven­tor of the wind sail pow­er plant. He stud­ied geography/meteorology and busi­ness eco­nom­ics. He has a hands-on men­tal­i­ty and brings a great tech­no­log­i­cal under­stand­ing that allows him to imple­ment his ideas and vision. He is a sto­ry­teller, a vision­ary and an impact-dri­ven busi­ness devel­op­er. In his for­mer job life, he worked many years in a big food chain com­pa­ny, for the pub­lic admin­is­tra­tion and in con­sult­ing. In his free time Math­ias is wind­surf­ing and likes to race with the wind over the Baltic Sea.
