For the past two and a half years, I worked at Theia Finance Labs, pre­vi­ous­ly known as the 2 Degrees Invest­ing Ini­tia­tive (2DII). Ini­tial­ly, I served as an ana­lyst and, since 2023, I have under­tak­en the role of project man­ag­er for ’tilt’. I can offer exper­tise in eco­nom­ics and finance, par­tic­u­lar­ly in shap­ing the con­cep­tu­al frame­work of our method­ol­o­gy. Addi­tion­al­ly, my basic knowl­edge in the pro­gram­ming lan­guage R enables me to com­pre­hend and over­see the soft­ware devel­op­ment aspect with­in our team. Col­lab­o­rat­ing with our diverse and inno­v­a­tive team is a true plea­sure, and my peo­ple skills, learned and improved over time, help me in my dai­ly work as a project man­ag­er. My expe­ri­ence at Theia Finance Labs instilled in me an open, inquis­i­tive, and adapt­able mind­set which is need­ed for work­ing in an ear­ly-stage start­up in this uncer­tain envi­ron­ment. My edu­ca­tion­al back­ground in Eco­nom­ics, with an MSc. from the Uni­ver­si­ty of South­ern Den­mark (SDU) and a BSc. from Hum­boldt Uni­ver­si­ty in Berlin, has equipped me with a robust foun­da­tion. Cou­pled with a gen­uine pas­sion for cli­mate-relat­ed issues, I am well-pre­pared to con­tribute my exper­tise to this endeav­or. Last­ly, ’tilt’ is not just a pro­fes­sion­al endeav­or for me; it deeply res­onates with my per­son­al pas­sion for cli­mate-relat­ed top­ics. I have been an inte­gral part of this project since its incep­tion, which reflects my unwa­ver­ing com­mit­ment to its suc­cess.
