Viviana has an aca­d­e­m­ic back­ground in polit­i­cal sci­ence with a focus on inter­na­tion­al rela­tions and devel­op­ment coop­er­a­tion. Dur­ing and after her stud­ies, she worked with the NGO Glob­al Per­spec­tives Ini­tia­tive to pro­mote a stronger dia­logue at eye lev­el between Africa and Europe in order to achieve sus­tain­able and bal­anced glob­al devel­op­ment and inter­na­tion­al respon­si­bil­i­ty in glob­al devel­op­ment coop­er­a­tion. Before join­ing PHINEO Star­tups, Viviana worked as a project man­ag­er at a dig­i­tal agency, devel­op­ing dig­i­tal com­mu­ni­ca­tion tools such as web­sites and apps for clients like GIZ and var­i­ous NGOs. Viviana has recent­ly start­ed a Mas­ter’s degree in “Inno­va­tion and Entre­pre­neur­ship” while work­ing as a Pro­gram Man­ag­er for PHINEO Star­tups.
