Alice Hohen­lo­he is an Impact Man­ag­er at Trill Impact, a pio­neer­ing Impact House with around EUR 1,3 bil­lion in assets under advi­so­ry man­age­ment across Impact Pri­vate Equi­ty, Impact Ven­tures and Micro­fi­nance strate­gies. Ded­i­cat­ed to the Pri­vate Equi­ty strat­e­gy she is respon­si­ble for the inte­gra­tion of Impact & ESG through­out the invest­ment cycle, i.e. invest­ment deci­sion mak­ing and port­fo­lio val­ue cre­ation work in DACH. She works togeth­er with port­fo­lio com­pa­nies in align­ing their Com­mer­cial and Impact & ESG agen­das by inte­grat­ing sus­tain­able prac­tices into oper­a­tions and hence enabling sus­tain­able strate­gic growth. Pre­vi­ous­ly, Alice worked as a strat­e­gy con­sul­tant at Boston Con­sult­ing Group, amongst oth­er in the sus­tain­abil­i­ty prac­tice. Alice holds a M.Sc. from Lon­don Busi­ness School and B.Sc. from Uni­ver­si­ty of Mannheim.
