Fran­ka is devel­op­ing the pro­gram for the Incu­ba­tor with the goal of empow­er­ing star­tups to devel­op sys­tem-chang­ing solu­tions to social and envi­ron­men­tal crises. Her moti­va­tion is to help mea­sur­able regen­er­a­tive entre­pre­neur­ship go main­stream. Her back­ground is as a sys­temic orga­ni­za­tion­al devel­op­er. With her orga­ni­za­tion she has guid­ed many nation­al and inter­na­tion­al com­pa­nies towards a new work cul­ture in the dig­i­tal age and is teach­ing at the Hum­boldt Uni­ver­si­ty. Fran­ka stud­ied com­mini­ca­tion for social and eco­nom­ic con­text at the Uni­ver­si­ty of Arts in Berlin, did research work at the Design Research Lab at the UdK in Berlin and Isre­al and com­plet­ed numer­ous fur­ther edu­ca­tions in sys­temic and inte­gral approach­es.
