With his per­son­al brand schmidt­fak­tor, he is ded­i­cat­ed to the human side of busi­ness and works as a busi­ness coach and train­er in the econ­o­my. For him, the sym­bio­sis of busi­ness and soci­ety is nec­es­sary to imple­ment sus­tain­able growth accord­ing to the SDGs.
