Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)

Ambition

Dedicated to empowering displaced youth worldwide by providing career development services and opportunities for professional growth. With millions of refugees and internally displaced individuals lacking access to sustainable income and meaningful employment, they offer hope, dignity, and a pathway to a better future, by enabling refugees to contribute positively to their communities and the global economy.

Solution

Bridging the gap between talent and opportunity through a comprehensive career development platform and learning academy. The services include soft skills training, language certification, and remote job opportunities, equip individuals with valuable skills for the digital economy. Invicta has already impacted over 36,000 refugees and internally displaced youth and facilitated over 3,400 refugees in securing employment across various sectors.
