Ambi­tion

Empow­er edu­cat­ed Ukrain­ian sin­gle moth­ers who have become refugees in EU by pro­vid­ing them with the nec­es­sary knowl­edge, skills, and sup­port to become suc­cess­ful entre­pre­neurs and over­come the chal­lenges they face. We aspire to cre­ate a com­mu­ni­ty of strong, inde­pen­dent women who are equipped with the tools and resources to build their own busi­ness­es, con­tribute to the local econ­o­my, and improve their over­all well-being.

Solu­tion

The Men­tor & Pro­tegee Pro­gram offers per­son­al­ized one-on-one men­tor­ing ses­sions for edu­cat­ed Ukrain­ian sin­gle moth­ers, con­nect­ing them with expe­ri­enced pro­fes­sion­als who can guide and sup­port them in devel­op­ing their busi­ness ideas and improv­ing their skills. Through remote online lessons, our pro­gram enables flex­i­bil­i­ty and acces­si­bil­i­ty, allow­ing sin­gle moth­ers to learn and grow at their own pace while bal­anc­ing their respon­si­bil­i­ties. By address­ing the spe­cif­ic needs of Ukrain­ian sin­gle moth­ers in the EU, includ­ing lan­guage bar­ri­ers, lack of busi­ness knowl­edge, and lim­it­ed job oppor­tu­ni­ties, we pro­vide a com­pre­hen­sive solu­tion that empow­ers them to cre­ate their own sus­tain­able busi­ness­es and achieve finan­cial inde­pen­dence as well as help regen­er­ate Ukraine’s econ­o­my.
